Music icons U2 have confirmed a single gig in Manchester in June 2005. The concert will be held at the City of Manchester Stadium on Tuesday 14 June, and is one of 4 confirmed stadium concerts in the UK. U2 will tour around the US and Canada for almost 9 weeks before heading to Europe for the secong leg of "Vertigo 2005".
